Announce a SaaS Type CRM Application
Geared Towards the iPad
i³ Systems, Inc. (headquartered in Onojo City, Fukuoka; CEO: Tsutomu Sasaki; referred to below as "i³ Systems") and Oracle Corporation Japan (headquartered in Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO/COO: Mr. Takao Endo; referred to below as "Oracle") are pleased to announce that beginning today, they will be offering an iPad application called "malcoMobile for Oracle CRM On Demand & iPad" for Oracle's SaaS type CRM application Oracle CRM On Demand.
Oracle CRM On Demand (OCOD) is a SaaS type CRM application that offers comprehensive support of operations that occur at points of customers/clientele contact within a company: marketing, sales, contact center, and field services. Particularly in the sales support sector (where representatives are frequently on the road, and sales opportunity management and sharing of opportunity data frequently occur), there is a high demand for mobile device compatibility, and use of OCOD from the iPhone and various other mobile phones has conventionally been possible.
By making the OCOD mobile solution that utilizes mobile phones usable on the iPad, you can now give presentations about products and services with an easy to view screen on location as well as promptly address customer requests to see appraisals and contracts.
Now there's no need for sales representatives to start up PC devices; they can simply login to OCOD from an iPad and begin entering their sales activities, updating sales opportunity information, create informative material for customers, or begin preparing for an opportunity while on location. In addition, OCOD further promotes the streamlining of sales activities and visualization of sales representatives information.
malcoMobile for Oracle CRM On Demand & iPad was developed using i³ Systems' development platform Yubizo Engine (*1) and implementable for not only new users but also existing customers already using OCOD.
(*1) Yubizo Engine: A customized application geared towards enterprises that enables development with HTML and JavaScript.
