Introducing "EasyFlow", a Workflow Function for Google Apps

As the fifth addition to the ”EasyPACK for Google Apps” service series for expanding Google Apps’ (※1) functions, i³ Systems, Inc. (headquartered in Onojo City, Fukuoka; CEO: Tsutomu Sasaki; GEP [※2]) began offering “EasyFlow for Google Apps” today.

Summary of "EasyPACK for Google Apps" Service

"EasyPACK for Google Apps" is a group of products that expand upon Google Apps' functions and are offered as set of services for our "Easy for Apps" total support service, which helps you get started with, utilize, or expand your Google Apps. EasyPack makes the integration and operation of Google Apps smoother, in addition to satisfying demands for more sophisticated functions through the use of Google Apps APIs.

We plan to offer the full set of seven services in Q2 of 2009, and have released EasyFlow for Google Apps as the fifth addition to the service set.

Main Functions of "EasyFlow for Google Apps"

Workflow

Registrations of account holders and proxy account holders can be done on the basis of their format (based on their Google Apps account information), providing application/approval workflow functions based on that information.

Administrators can also determine the route of each application/approval, enabling their structured progress. In addition, the pertinent account holder can be changed or transferred to a proxy account holder at the time of payment, allowing for flexible operation.

Input Items and Print Format

Necessary input items can be revised by designers when submitting an application/approval, and since Word XML format files can also be registered for printing, the layout of such files can be edited freely.
