Notes
iOS
1. When using CLOMO MDM in a Wi-Fi only environment with a firewall, please open port 5223/tcp, 80/tcp, or 443/tcp.
2. Only configuration profiles installed via MDM can be deleted from MDM.
3. Installations and deletions of configuration profiles will be performed when the subject devices are
in an online (3G or Wi-Fi) environment and unlocked.
4. Functions restrictable with iOS and Android vary.
Android
1. When using CLOMO MDM in a Wi-Fi only environment with a firewall, please open port 5223/tcp, 80/tcp, or 443/tcp.
2. Due to known bugs in Android OS 3.0, the clear passcode function is not compatible with said OS.
3. Because C2DM is currently a beta release, delays may occur in Push and other functions. To handle this bug,
a command prompt confirmation is performed from the device side every hour.
4. The GPS function on the device side must be enabled in order to perform a location query. If the GPS function is disabled,
a location query cannot be performed.
5. Camera usage on the DELL Streak 001DL cannot be restricted.
6. Functions restrictable with iOS and Android vary.
