FAQ
What is Yubizo Engine?
Yubizo Engine is a framework library for native / hybrid application development that lets you create sophisticated, professional iPhone / iPad business apps. Yubizo Engine also lets you call up collaborative functions like a barcode reader, Google Apps, and Oracle CRM on Demand as APIs, allowing you to create advanced professional business applications using simple HTML and JavaScript technology in addition to traditional Objective-C.
Is it possible to add non-standard functions to the existing Yubizo Engine library?
Absolutely. Simply let us know what kind of tasks you would like apps for, and we will be happy to provide add-ons for the existing library. You are also free to expand the library independently using Objective-C.

Can I use Yubizo with my company's existing JavaScript or third party library?
Yes, these libraries can be added on.
With Yubizo, you can freely utilize a wealth of JavaScript framework / library resources (like jQuery and Yahoo! UI Library) as well as Objective-C libraries.
Is development with Objective-C instead of HTML and JavaScript possible with Yubizo?
Of course!
Yubizo Engine is offered as a static library that uses the conventional method of compiling with Xcode, allowing for development with HTML and JavaScript in addition to Objective-C. This means you can use the functions provided in Yubizo Engine while doing development as you always have!
Is Yubizo Engine a web application? Can it be operated offline?
Applications developed with Yubizo Engine are native and run offline. It is equipped with offline and database components that can be combined to accommodate offline usage.
In addition, Yubizo Engine provides an offline component for running iPhone apps smoothly even in environments with no reception; the framework of this component then sends the content you ran offline to a server once you are online again.
Is it possible to implement Yubizo gradually, starting on a small-scale?
Yes; Yubizo is flexibly adaptable to be implementable on any scale, from small (corporate sections) to large (entire corporations).
Is there a way to manage iPhone apps and their users with Yubizo?
Yes; Yubizo utilizes an administrative control panel function. Depending on their intended use, we offer an administrative control panel for business apps developed with Yubizo. This user management control panel appears on your web browser and can collectively oversee the usage of each user.
I'm worried about a leak of know-how if I were to offer an in-house app on the App Store…
Rest assured; we can construct your in-house app to deploy outside of the App Store. Depending on which course you register for in the iPhone Developer Program, you can distribute your app via an "Enterprise Distribution" (in which it is transmitted privately as an in-house business app to authorized internal users) or an "Ad Hoc Distribution" (in which the business app is sent to specific iPhone users). No matter what your preference may be, i³ Systems can help every company utilize their individual know-how as an iPhone app.
What is the iPhone Developer Program?
Companies planning to develop and use their own iPhone apps will need to register in the iPhone Developer Program. The iPhone Developer Program is a system supporting the series of development processes for third party, iPhone-oriented apps, from coding validation and debugging to distribution among general users. Two charged courses are offered in the program: the Standard Program for iPhone app development geared towards general users, and the Enterprise Program for specialized iPhone apps geared towards specific companies.
